 Namastate Yoga is managed by me, Kate Forget!
I'm a Freelance Registered Yoga Teacher/Instructor on Prince Edward Island. I offer many different types of yoga classes all over the Island. I'm also a coffee loving dog-mom from Pownal Bay. If I'm not teaching or enjoying my own personal practice, I like to spend my summers out on my kayak in the backyard on the bay, or figure skating at the nearby arena during the chilly seasons.
